How estimates work
Small website jobs can grow quickly if the scope is unclear. DTE’s approach is to define the work first, identify likely unknowns, and explain any material change before proceeding.
For larger jobs, work may be staged so the first step delivers something useful: a review, a rescue plan, a basic live site, or a clean foundation for later improvements.
What is not included by default
Third-party costs are normally paid directly by the client or passed through separately. These may include domain names, hosting, paid plugins, stock images, specialist copywriting, paid email services, payment provider fees, or external software subscriptions.
DTE will identify likely third-party costs before relying on them.
